Updated October 2026

Website terms and conditions

Please read these terms before using the website. Booking a class also means accepting the terms shown at checkout.

Using the website

These terms apply to your use of https://pilateswithnicola.com, including the content and services offered on it. By using the website you agree to these terms.

They replace the website terms published on 8 July 2022. Class bookings are also subject to the terms shown in the Gymcatch booking flow at the time you pay.

The terms can be updated by publishing a new version on this page. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Conduct

You are responsible for what you send through the website or the booking service. You must not use the site to share anything unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or that infringes someone else’s rights, and you must not attempt to disrupt the site or other people’s data.

Accounts or bookings can be refused or cancelled where these terms, or the booking terms, are broken.

Classes and payments

Class descriptions, times, and prices are shown on the site and in the timetable. A booking is confirmed only when the booking system accepts payment or confirms a pass.

Online classes are delivered by video. In-person classes take place in the Hoddesdon area. You are responsible for letting Nicola know about injuries or conditions that affect how you should move.

Intellectual property

The text, logo, and class descriptions on this website belong to Pilates with Nicola unless a credit says otherwise. You may view the site and make a single copy for personal use. You may not copy or republish the content for commercial use without written permission.

Third-party services

The timetable is provided by Gymcatch and the site is hosted on Vercel. Those services are outside Nicola’s direct control. Links or embeds are provided for convenience and do not mean those companies endorse this studio.

Liability

Pilates is physical exercise. You take part at your own risk and should stop any movement that causes pain. The website is provided as available. Nicola is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website, except where liability cannot legally be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Ending use

You can stop using the website at any time. Access can be suspended where misuse is suspected. Ending website access does not by itself cancel a paid pass; that is handled in the booking system.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will deal with disputes about them. The previous template referred to the “federal courts of gb”, which was a generator error and does not apply.
